An accurate measurement is taken of the garden with attention given to direction of the sun. We create 2-3 scale plan drawings from information gained from 2nd consultation, we will then discuss any ideas you like and what changes should be made and basic detailing of costs involved. At this point you will have a firm idea of how your garden will look, with an A4 scale plan.
construction detail and Master Plan. We will meet to discuss final ideas. You are presented with a detailed ‘Construction detail’ and coloured ‘Master Plan’. Please note that if you commit to allowing us to construct our design then I am happy to offer at least an 80% reduction in the design fee. However if you choose to take the design for someone else to construct the full fee must be paid.
